Mr. Sheehan has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since June 2017. Previously he was in the role of President and Chief Operating Officer since June 2013 and he served as Chief Operating Officer from December 2012 until June 2013. Mr. Sheehan joined our Board of Directors, effective October 31, 2016. Prior to joining our Company he held the following positions in Sales and Business Development at Redbox: Vice President, Strategic Venture Advisor in 2011; Vice President, Sales and Business Development from 2006 to 2011; and Director of Business Development from 2005 to 2006. Prior to Redbox, Mr. Sheehan served as the Sales Director, Transportation Solutions with Manhattan Associates, a provider of supply chain software for retail, distribution, transportation, and manufacturing industries. Mr. Sheehan began his career with Streamline.com, a home grocery delivery business, in Supply Chain and Logistics as well as Business Services. Mr. Sheehan is Chairman-elect of the Alumni Advisory Board of the MBA program at Penn State.
Mr. Mills has served as our Chief Financial Officer since January 2018. Mr. Mills joined Primo in 2009 as our Controller and was promoted to Vice President of Finance and Treasurer in 2011. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Mills held the positions of Treasurer and Controller for InterAct Public Safety Systems (a private software company) and Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation. Mr. Mills began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young, where he last served as an Audit Senior Manager and is a certified public accountant. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia Tech.
